Canadian screen actress, who was known for her role as Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since the year 2019. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter of Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is an actor also a director and producer as well as playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas first childhood memories are seeing her mother working during play rehearsals. Silk made several commercials when she was just a little girl. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has staged two of its first plays, including Seven Menus. They have sons named Samuel and Levi. In 2009, she was cast in the main role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. CNN named Bo's portrayal with Lauren as Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple one of their favorite television couples of all time. E! named them the Top Television Couple for 2013.
